It definitely is. I'm watching it with Sabre and we both agree that it is superior to season one in every way. For one thingit has a clearer and more structured plot (this is also stemming from the fact that it only covers one particular arc), which makes it easier to get invested in the plot; it also presents a bunch new settings and characters interacting with the plot while leaving mysteries still open, which makes the plot great to follow, yet engaging at the same time. There is a better emphasis on the characters in this season and alongside with the new characters we also get a look of character insight and motivation which turns this into a more character-based story which is a great change in terms of watchability and makes the show as a whole work on way better merits. Last but not least the OST's are fairly good, the OP is nice and the animation are fluid and well-done. It is an overall well-done series and especially when you get invested into the shounen genre easily, I'd definitely recommend it.
