I wish, but this isn't Japanese food. It's regional Chinese food, which is just about the areas I generally go to on a very regular basis are known for [Flushing has a large Chinese and Korean population]. As far as the dish? It's more of a stew-ish dish, at least from what's available here.
It's pretty spicy so it's perfect for cold weather.
As far as Japanese food and ramen? I'd have to go to the city [in the expensive areas - around Rockefeller Center, and the general area around St. James], Astoria [predominantly Greek/Italian food with some fancy restaurants and other regional foods coming up], or all the way to New Jersey (in Edgewater) for that, so it's expensive on money and time.
Nah. Went out with family for dinner. However if @Senpai really wants to see ramen and the like, I'll try to find some time to go if I get the money for it or call some favors. lol
